Intelligent Sand Making Production Line 50 to 500 t/h
Manufactured sand from 50 to 500 t/h with MR and DM sand makers, screening and washing.

This is a complete sand making plant rather than a single machine. Material conveying, multi-stage crushing, precision sand making, screening, washing and electrical control are integrated into one automated circuit. Two core units carry the shaping duty: the MR sand maker and the DM high-pressure roller sand maker. Standard line capacity runs from 50 to 500 tonnes per hour, and the plant accepts ores, rock, industrial solid waste and construction debris as feed. Core equipment includes a vibrating feeder, a jaw crusher, an MR or DM sand maker, a vibrating screen, a sand washer, belt conveyors and an integrated electrical control system. Material is fed at a controlled rate to the jaw crusher for coarse reduction, then shaped in the sand maker, graded on the screen and washed to remove soil and dust. Oversize material returns to the sand maker and is processed again, so the circuit keeps working in a closed loop. Typical users are sand and gravel yards, building material plants, road infrastructure projects and concrete mixing stations.

A Complete Manufactured Sand Plant
Producing specification sand from rock is a sequence of operations, not a single crushing step. This line bundles conveying, staged crushing, precision sand making, screening, washing and electrical control into one automated system, so the operator deals with one integrated plant instead of several unrelated machines that have to be matched by hand. Because the stages are sized to one another, the plant can be commissioned as a single system, with the electrical control panel coordinating feeder speed, crusher load, screen and washer. That coordination is what holds output steady when the hardness of the incoming rock changes.
Core Equipment and Process Flow
The set comprises a vibrating feeder, a jaw crusher, an MR or DM sand maker, a vibrating screen, a sand washer, belt conveyors and an integrated electrical control system. The vibrating feeder meters material at a steady rate for primary coarse crushing in the jaw crusher, which reduces large rock to a workable size and relieves the sand making stage. The reduced material is then shaped in the sand maker, graded on the vibrating screen and washed in the sand washer to strip out soil and dust.
Choosing Between the MR and DM Sand Makers
Two sand makers cover different duty profiles. The MR sand maker handles fine crushing and shaping in a conventional configuration, while the DM high-pressure roller sand maker suits high-volume reduction. Because both are part of the same line, the pairing can be selected and combined to match raw material hardness, target capacity and the grading the finished product has to meet. That flexibility is what lets one design serve both a small yard and a large station.
Screening, Washing and Closed-Loop Return
Screened material that fails the size standards is returned to the sand making equipment and processed again, so output is not lost as reject. Washing removes the fines and clay that would otherwise lower the value of manufactured sand in concrete. Together, the return loop and the washer give a product that competes with natural sand on grading, cleanliness and consistency.
Capacity and Markets
Standard line capacity reaches from 50 to 500 tonnes per hour, so the same family of plants covers small yards and large, standardised production. Applications include sand and gravel yards, building material plants, road infrastructure projects and concrete mixing stations. Buyers typically choose a one-stop complete equipment supply with technical support through commissioning, because matching crusher, screen and washer settings is where most of the final product quality is decided.
