QS-1200A Low-Position Automatic Palletizer
Floor-mounted automatic palletizer with 18-second layers and about 3,800 pallets a shift.

The QS-1200A is a low-position automatic palletizing system for brick production lines. It handles concrete blocks, standard bricks, porous bricks and paving bricks, and it connects to the discharge end of the forming machine so brick separation, arrangement, palletizing and pallet circulation run with no operator. The layout is floor-mounted and low, so there is no need for high-level infrastructure or lifting brackets. The unit can sit on its own beside the curing area or join the full line for online palletizing, which suits both new plants and upgrades. Machine weight is about 11,000 kg and total power is 29.5 kW, including a 7.5 kW top-plate motor and a 14.2 kW conveying system. Standard palletizing dimensions reach 1200 by 1200 by 1400 mm, and one layer takes about 18 seconds. A single shift can finish close to 3,800 pallets, well above a manual team. A PLC and touch-screen system with laser and high-precision sensors drives the closed loop and separates different brick specifications into neat square stacks.

Typical decision factors
What changes the machine price?
Daily capacity
Output target determines machine size, mould cycles and line configuration.
Automation
Pallet handling, cubing, batching and packaging change total project scope.
Block types
Hollow block, paver, interlock and curbstone may require different moulds and handling.
Service scope
Shipping, installation, training and spare parts are quoted by destination.
The QS-1200A low-position automatic palletizing system is a dedicated palletizing unit for brick production lines. It fits concrete blocks, standard bricks, porous bricks and paving bricks, and it links to the discharge end of the forming machine so the full chain, brick separation, orderly arrangement, automatic palletizing and pallet circulation, runs without an operator. It is core building equipment for replacing manual palletizing.
Floor-Mounted, Low-Position Design
The unit uses a low, floor-mounted layout, so it needs no high-level infrastructure or lifting brackets. That makes installation flexible. It can stand on its own next to the finished-product curing area, or it can join the full brick line for online, real-time palletizing. Both new plants and existing line upgrades can use it.
Cycle, Output and Power
Machine weight is about 11,000 kg and total power is 29.5 kW, including a 7.5 kW top-plate motor and a 14.2 kW conveying system, so energy use stays controllable. Standard palletizing dimensions reach 1200 by 1200 by 1400 mm, and a single layer takes about 18 seconds. One shift per day can complete close to 3,800 pallets of finished product, far above a manual team.
Control and Sensor Closed Loop
The system relies on a PLC and touch-screen control panel with laser sensors and high-precision sensors. This closed loop lets the unit tell different brick specifications apart, separate brick slabs, and arrange individual bricks into neat square stacks. The stacked bricks sit compactly and allow multi-layer stacking. Once palletizing is done, the bricks travel by conveyor straight to the packaging station.
Where It Fits
The low-position layout and flexible placement make the QS-1200A a practical choice for plants that want automatic palletizing without major civil work. Compatible brick types cover four major categories and 15 common building block types, and the unit can run with pallets or without pallets to match the line it serves.
Installation and Line Integration
Because the unit is floor-mounted, a plant avoids the civil work and steel that a high-level layout would need. It can be placed next to a curing area and start working with little site preparation, or it can be tied into the forming machine and the rest of the line. Once running, it moves bricks from the forming machine to the packaging station in a single automatic stream, so the line keeps a steady rhythm without manual palletizing.
