QS Fully Automatic Cantilever Pallet Wrapping Machine
A cantilever wrapper that rotates around the load, so pallets stay still and never shift

The QS cantilever wrapping machine seals whole pallet loads in stretch film at the end of a building materials line. Its base is fixed and the cantilever arm rotates around the pallet, so the load never turns and its centre of gravity never shifts. Tall stacks of aerated concrete blocks, cement bricks, gypsum blocks and other wall materials can be wrapped without the risk of toppling or scattering. A PLC with a touch screen runs film feeding, film cutting, wrapping and the start and stop sequence. Wrapping layers, lifting stroke and film tension are all adjustable to match pallet height, length and width, and a pre-stretch mechanism raises film utilisation while lowering consumable cost. The closed wrap protects products from dust, moisture and rain. The footprint is small and the frame tolerates dust and heavy duty use, which suits the continuous, dusty environment of a block factory. The unit can work alone or join a palletizing line so that stacking, wrapping and dispatch run as one automatic flow. It fits both new plants and upgrades of existing halls.

How the Cantilever Design Protects the Load
Wrapping equipment comes in two main arrangements. In one the pallet turns on a platform while the film head stands still. In the other the load stays put and the film carrier moves. The QS machine follows the second route. The base is anchored to the floor and only the cantilever arm rotates, sweeping the film around the pallet. Because the pallet itself never turns, tall or off-centre loads keep their balance from the first turn to the last. For high stacked aerated concrete, where a single wobble can scatter a whole pallet, this difference decides whether the wrap is safe to run at all.
Automatic Film Handling and Adjustable Parameters
A PLC and a touch screen manage the whole sequence. Film is fed, wrapped and cut without an operator touching the roll, and a one-touch command starts or stops the cycle. Wrapping layers, lifting stroke and film tension can each be set to suit the height, length and width of the load, so coverage stays tight and even instead of loose at the top and thin at the corners. A built-in pre-stretch mechanism pulls the film before it reaches the pallet, which raises the metres obtained from every roll and cuts consumable spending over a year of shifts.
Material Compatibility
The wrapper handles square palletised goods rather than one single product type. Aerated concrete blocks, cement bricks, gypsum blocks and general wall materials all run through the same machine. That flexibility matters to plants that switch product mixes between orders and to traders who wrap goods bought from several suppliers. The sealed film layer keeps dust, moisture and rain away from the product, holds loose pieces together and stops partial collapse during road transport.
Working Environment and Integration
The cantilever frame takes impact without bending, and the assembly is built for the dusty, heavy-load, continuous duty found in building material halls. Because there is no turning platform, floor space stays small, which helps plants that were not designed with a large packing bay. The machine can run as a standalone unit at the end of a line or be linked to a palletizer so that stacking, wrapping and dispatch form one continuous automatic process with no manual film application at any stage.
New Lines and Upgrades
The equipment is offered for the QS-1000G-A, QST1200 and QST1800 configurations, so it can be specified with a new line or added to an existing palletizing station. Plants use it to move packing work away from manual labour, to standardise site operations and to send out loads that arrive at the customer in the same condition they left the yard.
