QS600 Fully Automatic Static Pressing Brick Machine
Hydraulic static pressing forms dense non-fired bricks, pavers and curbstones at low noise.

The QS600 is a fully automatic static pressing brick machine built for small and medium sized building materials plants. Where conventional equipment forms bricks by vibration, this machine relies on pure hydraulic static pressure and compacts the material in one pass. The finished bricks come out dense, even in strength and neat in appearance, free of delamination and cracks, with strong flexural and compressive behaviour. It is aimed at high-strength non-fired bricks, paving bricks and plaza bricks. Three points define the machine: it saves labor, it produces high density, and it runs quietly. Hydraulic static pressing creates no high-frequency vibration, so noise stays low. Automation covers feeding, pressing, demolding and brick discharge as one sequence, cutting manual intervention. The body is a heavy-duty integral steel structure that has been stress relieved, giving strong rigidity and load-bearing capacity so the machine stays free of deformation during prolonged high-pressure running. Changing the mold switches output between colored paving bricks, plaza bricks, solid bricks and curbstones. Broad raw material compatibility lets plants use fly ash, slag and construction debris. Ratings include a maximum pressure of 31.5 MPa and a molding cycle of 20 to 25 seconds.

Hydraulic Static Pressing Instead of Vibration
The QS600 is a fully automatic static pressing brick machine aimed at small and medium sized building materials enterprises. It uses a unidirectional static pressing process that differs from conventional vibration equipment. Instead of shaking the material into shape, it applies pure hydraulic static pressure and compacts the mix in a single pass.
That method produces finished bricks with high density, even strength and a neat appearance, free of delamination or cracks, with strong flexural and compressive performance. For plants making high-strength non-fired bricks, paving bricks and plaza bricks, the forming method is the reason the product holds up under traffic and weather.
Labor Saving, High Density, Low Noise
The machine is built around three advantages. Hydraulic static pressing produces no high-frequency vibration, so operating noise is low and the working environment is cleaner and easier to manage than around a vibrating press. Automation links feeding, pressing, demolding and brick discharge into one sequence, which removes much of the manual intervention and cuts labor cost per shift.
Density is the second advantage. Compacting under high pressure in one go closes the mix tightly, so blocks carry more strength for the same material input and are less prone to handling damage between the press and the yard.
Machine Body and Running Cost
The machine body is a heavy-duty integral steel structure that has gone through stress-relief treatment. That gives high rigidity and load-bearing capacity, and it means the frame stays deformation free even during prolonged high-pressure operation. Low failure rates and simple maintenance keep post-operational costs controllable, which matters when the machine is expected to run long shifts year after year.
Molds, Materials and Applications
The machine adapts to different products by changing the mold. Colored paving bricks, plaza bricks, solid bricks and curbstones can all be produced on the same unit, so a plant can follow demand without a second press. The equipment is widely used in municipal roads, residential community landscaping and rural infrastructure projects.
Raw material compatibility is broad. Fly ash, slag and construction debris can be used in volume, which lowers production cost and puts industrial waste back into a saleable product. The QS600 is rated at a maximum pressure of 31.5 MPa with a 450 mm main cylinder bore and 46.9 kW total power, machine weight around 23 tons, a molding area of 850 by 700 mm, a 900 by 700 by 20 mm pallet and a molding cycle of 20 to 25 seconds. A 200 by 100 by 60 mm colored paving brick is formed 16 pieces per mold, and a 250 by 250 by 60 mm plaza brick runs on the same cycle.
