QUICK ANSWER

The QSGW is an intelligent high-position fully automatic production line that links five systems into one flow: batching and mixing, pre-forming, high-position transfer and curing, brick sorting and stacking, and automatic packaging. By changing the mix, the line makes ordinary concrete blocks, permeable bricks for sponge city projects, imitation stone PC bricks and municipal curb stones, and it can replace conventional sand and gravel with construction waste, slag and fly ash. The line runs on a three-dimensional closed-loop design. Computers, sensors, electromechanical devices and hydraulic systems control every stage. Wet bricks on their pallets are lifted layer by layer, moved by a high-position mother-and-child shuttle to assigned curing chambers, then returned to an unloading platform once cured. From there they drop onto the stacking conveyor for sorting, coding and pricing before the next step. The brick face is separated from the pallet to avoid damage. The layout suits permeable pavement bricks, imitation stone PC bricks and thin-walled insulation blocks that demand a clean surface and consistent strength.

The QSGW intelligent high-position fully automatic production line brings batching, forming, curing, sorting and packing into a single controlled flow. It targets plants that need steady output of several concrete product types on one line, and it replaces manual handling across the whole process.

Five Systems in One Flow

The line is built from a batching and mixing system, a pre-forming system, a high-position transfer and curing system, a brick sorting and stacking system, and an automatic packaging system. Material moves from the cement silo and batching machines into the forming machine, then through wet brick conveyors and a surface cleaner before curing. After curing, sorting, coding and packaging finish the batch. Because the systems are linked, brick count, size and surface finish stay consistent end to end.

The High-Position Transfer and Curing Cycle

The curing section uses a three-dimensional layered lifting platform, a high-position mother-and-child shuttle and a three-dimensional curing kiln. Fresh wet bricks still on their pallets rise layer by layer on the lifting platform, then travel by shuttle to a chosen kiln chamber. Once cured, the dry bricks are carried to an unloading platform and lowered onto the stacking conveyor. The brick face stays separated from the pallet throughout, which protects edges and surfaces.

Products and Raw Materials

The line produces ordinary concrete blocks, permeable bricks made for sponge city pavement, imitation stone PC bricks and municipal curb stones. By adjusting the mix proportions, a plant can feed construction waste, slag and fly ash in place of part of the conventional sand and gravel, which lowers raw material cost and puts by-products to use. This fits projects that care about both surface quality and sustainability.

Where the Line Fits Best

The three-dimensional closed-loop layout is particularly suited to permeable pavement bricks, imitation stone PC bricks and thin-walled insulation blocks. These products demand a clean, accurate surface and even strength, which the controlled transfer and curing cycle protects. Forming machine options include the QST1200, QST1500 and QST1800.

Line Control and Layout

The whole line runs on computers, sensors, electromechanical devices and hydraulic systems, with control spread across every stage. Because the layout is three-dimensional and closed-loop, pallets move in a defined circuit instead of reversing on the same path, which reduces waiting and keeps the curing chambers fed evenly. Brick count, size and surface quality stay consistent from the forming machine through to final packaging.

FAQ

Frequently Asked Questions

What products can the QSGW line make?
The line produces ordinary concrete blocks, permeable bricks designed for sponge city pavement, imitation stone PC bricks and municipal curb stones. Adjusting the mix proportions lets one line serve several markets, so a plant can respond to demand without adding separate equipment.
How does the high-position curing cycle work?
Wet bricks on their pallets are lifted layer by layer by a three-dimensional lifting platform, then moved by a high-position mother-and-child shuttle to a chosen curing chamber. After curing, the dry bricks reach an unloading platform and are lowered onto the stacking conveyor for sorting, coding and pricing.
Can it use recycled raw materials?
Yes. By adjusting the mix, the line can feed construction waste, slag and fly ash in place of part of the conventional sand and gravel. This lowers raw material cost and turns industrial by-products into useful input, which suits projects that care about both cost and cleaner production.
Why does the line protect the brick surface?
The curing setup keeps the brick face separated from the pallet during the whole transfer and curing process. This prevents edge and surface damage, which matters most for permeable pavement bricks, imitation stone PC bricks and thin-walled insulation blocks that are judged by a clean, accurate face.
Which forming machines pair with it?
The line works with the QST1200, QST1500 and QST1800 forming machines. Final line capacity and the exact configuration are matched to your product mix, curing space and site layout, so confirm the setup during project planning. Our team can advise on the forming machine that fits your output and block range.
